Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address and date of birth. Choose a secure password, complete the mobile OTP verification, and your account is active. The whole process takes around three minutes. You must be 18 or older to register.

No. The Terms and Conditions allow only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are identified and closed. If you have lost access to your existing account, use the forgot password option on the login page or contact support via live chat to recover it rather than creating a new one.

Initial verification is done via mobile OTP during registration. For larger withdrawal amounts, additional identity documents such as a copy of your CNIC may be requested. Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. You can update your mobile number there, but the new number must be verified via OTP before the change goes through. Do this while your old SIM is still active – recovering an account without access to the registered number is significantly harder.

Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you no longer have access to the registered contact details, reach out to support with your account information for manual verification.
Deposits & Payments

Settlement rules for abandoned or rain-affected matches depend on the specific market. Generally, if a minimum number of overs has not been completed, most pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. For in-play bets, the settlement depends on whether the market was already in a resolvable state. Most match-result bets are settled within a few minutes of the final result being confirmed. More complex markets like top scorer or exact total overs may take slightly longer to verify. Withdrawals

Go to the Deposit / Withdrawal section in your account after logging in. Select the withdrawal option and choose your preferred method – funds are returned to the same payment method you used to deposit (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank account, etc.). Enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Processing times vary by method, typically one to three business days.

Common reasons include pending identity verification (CNIC or other documents required for larger amounts), active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met, bank processing times on your payment provider's side, or a first-time withdrawal that needs an extra review. Check your account notifications for any pending requests, and contact support via live chat if the withdrawal has been pending beyond the expected timeframe.

The app has the same account, balance and features as the website but with a layout optimised for phone screens. It also supports push notifications for match alerts and odds movements. The 2222rs app is an APK file, not a Google Play download. Go to your phone's Settings, then Security or Privacy, and enable "Install from unknown sources" or "Allow from this source" for your browser. Self-exclusion temporarily locks your account from all betting and gaming activity for a period you choose. During exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
